Greens Smoothie Bowl
An all time favourite
Ingredients:
2-3 frozen banana
½ cup of frozen mango
1 cup of spinach
½ cup of frozen pineapple
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp green or moringa powder
Small thumb of ginger
¼ cup of filtered water for a smoothie bowl consistency or 1 cup to make a smoothie drink consistency.
Directions:
Add the spinach into your high-speed blender first and then add the remaining ingredients . Slowly blend. You will need to use your tamper as you blend. Add more water if needed to achieve your desired consistency. Serve in a large glass and enjoy!
