Greens Smoothie Bowl

An all time favourite

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 frozen banana 

  • ½ cup of frozen mango 

  • 1 cup of spinach 

  • ½ cup of frozen pineapple 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 1 tbsp green or moringa powder 

  • Small thumb of ginger 

  • ¼ cup of filtered water for a smoothie bowl consistency or 1 cup to make a smoothie drink consistency.

Directions:

Add the spinach into your high-speed blender first and then add the remaining ingredients . Slowly blend. You will need to use your tamper as you blend. Add more water if needed to achieve your desired consistency. Serve in a large glass and enjoy!
